Recruitment process

Our recruitment process consists of four or five (if you are a programmer) stages.

How to apply?

Choose the job offer that best suits your career plans and click “Apply”. You will be redirected to our recruitment system, and your next task will be to enroll in a candidate profile. Please fill out all mandatory fields and attach a CV in a file. The application process will not take you more than 15 minutes. Remember that your CV should interest us, so tailor it to the job position.

In selected cases, you will be asked to add a CV by nokiawroclaw.pl, without creating a candidate profile.

Phone Call

If your professional experience matches the requirements of a given position, the talent acquisition team will contact you to confirm formalities (such as availability and financial expectations) and English proficiency during a short conversation (up to 10 minutes). In case of positive verification, you will be invited to an interview in our office.

Test for programmers

If you apply for the position of a programmer, after the interview you can receive an email with a test to verify your competencies regarding C++ or Java. You will have 90 minutes to solve it. Within 10 working days, we will contact with you to inform you about the results of the test.

Are you not from Wroclaw?

If you live outside the Lower Silesian Voivodship, you can have a Skype interview. Remember! A part of the conversation will be conducted in English.

If you pass it positively, we will invite you to our office. The change of work is an important event and it is worth seeing what the company looks like from the inside or getting to know your future superior. You will receive the final decision up to a maximum of 2 weeks after the interview.

Interview

The next step is the interview that takes about 90 minutes. At the reception we will ask you to sign up for a guest card, so please come at least 5 minutes before the set time.
Remember! Prepare yourself well for the interview. Get familiar with the information and announcements posted on our website as well as with the projects we are currently working on.

Do not be surprise when 2 – 5 managers from different departments appear at your interview – all that increases your chances of joining the right team. What to expect:

  • We will ask about your previous experience,
  • We will verify your theoretical knowledge and practical skills,
  • We will verify your English language competence (English is necessary to work for Nokia),
  • You may be asked to solve a few technical tasks “at the blackboard”,

Remember! Even if you do not have commercial experience, your student projects are also important, so use the knowledge gained from them. The recruitment process usually finishes at this stage, but it may happen that we will invite you to another meeting. You will receive the final decision up to a maximum of 2 weeks after the interview.
