Data Scientist – Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. The team you’ll be part of:

You will Join the Health & Safety Strategy Central Team that ensures Safety technical operating standards are aligned with Nokia’s current and future business . That the Nokia Health & Safety Management System is compliant to external audits, that future safety risks are scanned for and identified, and that Core Safety Programs to support the People Safety & Security (P S&S) strategy and ambition are in place and delivered effectively.

In addition, the H&S Strategy Central Team ensures current P S&S technology tools are appropriate and utilized to their full potential in respect to Health & Safety.

H&S Strategy Central team ensure that our main Stakeholders are engaged and covered by the H&S E2E Process, such as and not limited to: PS&S Market Operations, PS&S BG Heads, Procurement, Pre-Sales, Deploy and delivery, external H&S specialists, and Suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the team, you will:

• Be given the opportunity to work with and for a multicultural team,
• Supporting the team creating Business Intelligence reports & managing content information on Team SharePoint,
• Be part of the team creating tools to better manage Health Safety and Physical Security in a world-class company,
• You will be given training and the opportunity to work in Nokia Governance Risk and Compliance tools and to be part of the team leading the development of new and automated solutions, impacting the way Nokia manages Health Safety and Physical Security.
• Have opportunity to develop Prompts and data streams for automation using AI Assistants and a Nokia Gateway.

REQUIRED SKILLS

You have :

• An active student’s status for the next 2 years,
• Good English communication Skills (written & verbal),
• Knowledge of, and curiosity to develop with an ambition to become a good practitioner, an expert in the use of Microsoft Data environment: including but not limited to Excel, Power package (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsofts LLM/Open AI – GPT Models,
• Enthusiastic in Data analysis, Data integrity and consistency, statistics and probability, Performance Optimization (from end user point of view), Data modeling and Data Architecture Design understanding.
• Artificial Intelligence Tools knowledge to “develop Prompts” and “develop Automation of data streams” for AI content creation (Content Development Assistance) including AI Video development.
• Innovative and execution oriented,
• Knowledge of, and with an ambition to become an expert in the use of SharePoint teams, manage intranet sites and content.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Interest in Occupational Health and Safety (no specific qualification is required on the topic),
• Interest in Risk Management/ Quality Management System training or as part of the academic curriculum.
