We want to announce with pride that Wroclaw Technology Center have received two awards in the prestigious “Strength of attraction ” competition organized by “Puls Biznesu”- the largest economic & financial magazine in Poland. The competition aims to select the most interesting and effective projects that allow to attract and retain the most talented employees in the company.
In the current situation on the Polish labor market, when we record low unemployment, wages increase and in many industries, the employee’s market is openly discussed, especially well-thought-out and well-executed activities strengthening the good employer brand. Without them, the companies will not attract new employees and the existing ones will start to leave. The undertakings in the field of employer branding awarded in the “Strength of attraction” competition are to be the best examples to follow and be inspiration for others.
Two of our projects have been distinguished by the jury. The “Future Project Manager” program was awarded in the “best talent management program” category, while the “Follow the Rabbit” recruitment campaign was awarded by Milenials.
It is worth noting that over 130 companies from various business sectors applied for the competition, but Nokia proved to be the best!
